Customer Satisfaction

At Crate and Barrel, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any non-Furniture Collection item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person at any Crate and Barrel store (excluding Outlet locations). Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise shipped via Basic Freight, Local In-Home Delivery, or Long Distance In-Home Delivery, please call us at 800-967-6696 for shipping instructions. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to:

Furniture Collection Return/Exchange Policy

At Crate and Barrel, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 800-967-6696 within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
