Returns: A customer can return an item for any reason. Should any item be defective from the factory, a replacement can be requested by the customer. Any returned items that have been damaged, tampered with or are missing parts will not be accepted. Should the customer choose to return an item, they must contact us by phone or email within 72 hours of receiving the order. The item must be sent back to us in the same condition it was received within 10 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless arrangements were made otherwise. Special orders are subject to a 10% stocking charge. Unless defective there is a no return policy on all electronic mechanical parts such as ignition modules, control units and switches. If you are unsure if a part can be returned you can call or email us prior to placing your order. A refund will be given for the selling price on the invoice only and shipping charges are non-refundable.
