30 Day Online Return/Exchange PolicyTo Return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service representative by e-mailing us at customercare@luckybrandjeans.biz, by calling (800) 964-5777 or by faxing us at (805) 781-2978. Your total satisfaction is our top priority.Here at Lucky Brand Jeans, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, luckybrandjeans.com will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.

Exceptions to Return Policy

SALE Merchandise: Returns or exchanges purchased from LuckyBrandJeans.com must be returned to the online store within 15 days of the invoice date. Returns or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted at our retail stores.

FINAL SALE Merchandise: All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted at the online or our retail stores. No price adjustments on previous purchases. No exceptions. Prices shown reflect the additional discount taken.

Lucky Brand Jeans Retail & Outlet Store Purchases:

Returns or exchanges from our retail stores will not be accepted.

Gift Cards: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Acccessories Returns or exchanges must be made through LuckyBrandJeans.com and will not be accepted in our retail stores.

Swimwear: Returns or exchanges must be made through LuckyBrandJeans.com within 15 days of the invoice date. They will not be accepted at our retail stores. Additionally, due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact.

You have two ways to return your purchase:

1) Send it back to us. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Luckybrandjeans.com, login here and make the appropriate selections. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions. Upon return and receipt of the product, Luckybrandjeans.com will exchange or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.

Your package will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required, as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange. The cost for return shipping and handling is as follows: 1 item - $5.50, 2 or more items- $8.50.

OR: If you would prefer to send it back to us using an alternative method, you may send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Our return address is:

2) Return it to any one of our Lucky Brand Jean Stores. Simply bring your shipping invoice, plus a copy of your order confirmation to make a return or exchange. Important: we need the confirmation to ensure that you are credited the proper amount for your merchandise. Upon return of the product, the Lucky Brand Jeans store will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling
