Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
We do not accept returns of:

 

Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.

Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

Any product(s) not in its original condition.

Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.

Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

To return or exchange an item to GameStop.com, include the packing list, identify the reason for the return and send it to the address on the return shipping label.

Store:
Items may be returned by taking them to a GameStop store location in the United States. Items returned to a GameStop store location must be accompanied by the original packing list. Store return policies may vary and are subject to manager approval.

Handling costs are non-refundable. If the reason for your return is due to our error, please contact us at the number below for a handling credit.

Promotional Discounts and Returns: Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

We trust you will be satisfied with your Dillard's purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Dillard's return policy is stated below.

The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to any Dillard's location. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Dillard's will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Dillard's will issue a Merchandise Credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions has been met:

-The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and

Just affix the shipping label we provided with your invoice and drop off your package in the US mail at home, work, or at the post office. When we receive your return, we'll deduct $6.00 from your refund.

Every item you receive from Janie and Jack should be perfect for the special baby in your life. If ever an item does not meet your highest expectations, please don't hesitate to return it at any time. We gladly accept returns or exchanges providing that the items have not been worn or washed. Simply follow the instructions below.

To make it convenient for gift recipients to return or exchange items purchased online, please select the "gift receipt" option when you check out. While your recipient won't be able to see the price you paid, they will be able to receive the appropriate credit should they choose to exchange or return an item. (All prices will be encoded on the gift receipt.)

In Shop Returns & Exchanges

Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
Bring the purchase receipt or entire packing slip to any Janie and Jack shop. Except for monogrammed and personalized items, merchandise may be exchanged or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 60 days of purchase. A merchandise credit for the price paid will be issued for returns more than 60 days after the purchase date. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt. Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns with a Gift Receipt
Refunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange for the price paid.

Returns without a Receipt
Refunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange for the current selling price. Valid identification is required for all returns and exchanges without an original receipt or to receive or redeem a merchandise credit. Valid identification includes driver's license, military ID, state/province issued ID or passport.

Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits
Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits may be redeemed at any U.S. location for merchandise only, except to the extent required by law. Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are valid in the country of issuance only. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or merchandise credit cards may be replaced for the remaining balance upon presenting an original sale or gift receipt. Mail Returns

 

 

Merchandise purchased online may also be returned to Janie and Jack via mail. Simply complete the Return Mail Form (on the bottom half of the packing slip), including "Quantity Returned" and "Reason Code". Then place your merchandise and completed form in a box, secure it, and for returns shipped within the United States, affix the pre-paid postage label that came with the merchandise*. We will deduct a $4.95 fee for postage when the pre-paid postage label is used. If the label is used to return items from more than one order, the $4.95 return postage fee will be deducted from the return refund on each order. We will send you a receipt when a credit to your credit card or merchandise credit has been issued. We're sorry, but merchandise exchanges are only available at Janie and Jack shops.

Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
For returns postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt. For returns postmarked greater than 60 days after the purchase date, a merchandise credit (redeemable in-shop only) will be sent to the shipping address on the original order.

Gift Card Advice

Everyone loves giving and receiving gift cards.  In fact, gift cards are becoming quite popular.  You will probably even find some great deals on gift cards right here on this website.  But just a word of caution.  With troubled economic times come store closings and bankruptcy.  While most companies that plan store closings never file for bankruptcy protection, you just never know.

 

If a store is 'going out of business' you can bet that all gift cards are only worth the plastic they are made of.  If a company is in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, they still might have permission from the courts to sell and honor gift cards, but if they end up going into Chapter 7 (liquidation), they are void.

 

Return-Policy.info was sent a listing of retail companies that plan some trimming after the Holidays.  Many of the stores appearing on the list have not been confirmed, but we have checked around and the list seems to be making its way around the net. 

 

Bottom line is to just be careful and when you get a Gift Card, use it immediately.  They still do make great gifts.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Anna's Linens. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. Return Instructions
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Here are the basic steps:

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item

All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. In case of a return that is not a result of an error from the vendor or a shipping error, they will be charged shipping amount incurred.

For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Returning an Oversized Item
We cover shipping charges on returned Oversized Items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. We do not cover shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to "buyer remorse."

Please note: Shipping charges can be expensive for Oversized Items.

Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:

The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely. If possible, please package item(s) in original package.

Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records.

Contact a Customer Service representative to receive instructions on arranging for a freight delivery company to pick-up your item(s). Please have your order number available when you call.

You must be home at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight driver.

You can expect a refund within 30 business days of our receiving the item(s). You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error.

The dressbarn return policy is as follows:

Returns gladly accepted within 60 days of original purchase. Items must be unworn and unaltered with original price tickets attached. You will be required to provide your name, address, and telephone number on all returns and exchanges. If a coupon or multiple item discount was received, return amount will be adjusted accordingly.

With a receipt:

Credit card returns will be credited to the account used for purchase.

Cash, check & debit card returns will receive a cash refund.

Refunds credited to your check card (debit card used as Visa/MC) may take your bank 7 to 10 days to process.

Without a receipt:

Drivers license or state ID required.

A merchandise credit will be issued or your dressbarn credit card can be credited for the lowest selling price during the past 30 days.

With a gift receipt:

All items returned with a gift receipt will be credited with a merchandise credit or to your dressbarn credit card.

Check Policy:

Acceptance of checks is done as a courtesy to our customers, and we reserve the right to refuse any check.

Checks must have your name imprinted by the bank and are accepted for the exact amount of the purchase only. A government issued ID and phone number are required.

We regret that all returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed and may be electronically collected.

If you are not satisfied with your Stein Mart purchase return it with a valid receipt within 30 days and we will issue a cash refund, a Stein Mart e-credit or credit your charge account, depending on your method of payment, for the purchase price.

Missing accessories

The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

Promotional packages

Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.

 

Circuit City Mail returns

 

You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below. Please note the merchandise purchased at a local Circuit City store can't be returned via mail. Prepaid cards, subscriptions or similar services are not returnable or redeemable for cash.

Merchandise purchased online through circuitcity.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines for online purchases, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must login and obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee may be assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.

You may also return your merchandise to one of our stores, in which case a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. How the process works

Returns: A customer can return an item for any reason. Should any item be defective from the factory, a replacement can be requested by the customer. Any returned items that have been damaged, tampered with or are missing parts will not be accepted. Should the customer choose to return an item, they must contact us by phone or email within 72 hours of receiving the order. The item must be sent back to us in the same condition it was received within 10 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless arrangements were made otherwise. What is RH's return policy?

Restoration Hardware strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience. We aim to provide nothing but the best in quality and service.

Non-Furniture Returns


Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 90 days of purchase from a store or order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. A credit from our store or gift certificate from our catalog will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of date of purchase from our stores or order delivery.

If a customer chooses to alter their merchandise to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to then accept the merchandise as a return or offer a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Store Non-Furniture Returns may be returned to any of our stores. Please use our store locator to find a store near you.

Our stores are also able to facilitate a catalog or web return. The store will call the return into our Catalog Call Center to process the credit and accommodate shipping the merchandise back to our center.

Catalog & Web Non-Furniture Returns
All catalog and web purchases are shipped with a return packing label, packing slip and instructions for return. If no return label is available, please include your packing slip or order number and customer name in your return shipment. For assistance, contact our Catalog Call Center at 1-800-816-0969. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our center.

Furniture Returns

Customers are asked to measure their entry ways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later.

Regularly stocked furniture may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 90 days of order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund. A credit from our store or gift certificate from our catalog will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn't fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of order delivery.

If a customer chooses to alter their furniture to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to then accept the merchandise as a return or offer a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Special Orders


Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders taken in a store require a 50% deposit, non-refundable after 24 hours. Web and catalog special orders have a 50% cancellation fee, if the order is canceled more than 24 hours after placement.

Restoration Hardware reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.

Can I return online purchases at your stores?

Since our stores carry so many more items than we do at this time, please return your store purchases to the store where you purchased it, or to the store closest to your home.

How long does my refund take?

1. Pre-Paid Return Shipping

For convenient return processing on most orders, your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package. Please do not tear the pre-paid mailing label down the middle perforation. The entire label must be used.
  3. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point.
  • No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $6.50 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, merchandise which is purchased at a store may only be returned at an Urban Outfitters store. The UrbanOutfitters.com Returns Department is unable to process a return for merchandise which was purchased at a store.

03_OUR URBAN OUTFITTERS STORE RETURN POLICY.

Our Urban Outfitters stores gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise at any time accompanied by an original sales receipt. For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded (checks/debit are refunded as cash). For items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the price paid.

For merchandise returned without an original receipt, a Merchandise Credit will be issued for the current retail-selling price of the item(s) returned. Valid photo identification is required for all returns without a receipt.

A one-time price adjustment will be granted when an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.

We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions. How do I make an exchange?
In order for custom embroidered product to be processed correctly, a Customer Care Representative must give you authorization for your return or exchange. Custom embroidered merchandise must be mailed back to lids.com™ to be processed.

When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item(s) you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item(s) on lids.com™/hatworld.com™. By doing this, you will receive your new item(s) faster and with a much better chance that they will be in stock.

What is the Return Policy?
Items that have received custom embroidery services require prior authorization in order to be returned. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-888-564-HATS (4287). These items may only be returned if they differ in hat style, color, size or embroidery than originally ordered.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Without a receipt or packing slip, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will be in the form of a gift card and will be returned at the current retail price. Items returned after 90 days of purchase will not be accepted. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.

Any discount received as part of a Buy One Get One Half Off promotion will be forfeited if the full price item is returned. Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship hats back to lids.com™ are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges (up to $4.99) if the returned item is defective or incorrect. How do I return an item?

 

Store-Simply take your item(s) and packing slip to one of our local retail stores near you to process your return.

-Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
-Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing slip with the item(s). Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item(s).
-All item(s) must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn), in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
-Please do not return items in envelopes. Packaging in this manner may damage items during the shipping process. If the item is damaged, a refund may be issued in the form of a gift card.
