Meijer Store Return Policy - For Purchases Made at a Meijer Store

Meijer policy allows refunds on General Merchandise within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by a store receipt. After 90 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Exceptions to the 90-policy include:

•Consumer Electronics items including but not limited to Computers, DVD Players, Digital Cameras, TVs, Camcorders, MP3 Players and Cell Phones must be in unopened packages and returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty will apply.

•All GFM branded electronics maintain the 90-day policy.

•Ammunition must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

•Non-returnable items include: State-approved WIC items, formula and alcoholic beverages. Opened packages of music, movies, all collectibles, video games and video game systems may only be returned if they are defective and must be exchanged for the same item. Receipt must accompany the exchange.

Returns for all Foods (includes meat, seafood, deli, produce, grocery, dairy and frozen) will be accepted with or without a receipt provided the package or product is present at the time of return. If no receipt is present, a Meijer Return Card will be issued.
Returns for all Meijer brand items, Food and General Merchandise, will be accepted with or without a receipt provided the package and product is present at the time of return. If no receipt is present, a Meijer Return Card will be issued.
Returns without a receipt are subject to the lowest sale price.

What is the Meijer.com return policy?
•Unopened music, movies, video games, computers, software, electronics or collectibles may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Live Christmas trees and wreaths have a special 3-day return policy. All other items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with accessories and manuals.

•Opened and defective music, movies, video games, computers, software, electronics, or collectibles may only be exchanged for the same item.

•Items that are gas-powered have special return requirements. Please call 1-877-E-Meijer for assistance.

•Grocery products sold by the case must be returned by the case in its entirety.
NOTE: All returns of items purchased on Meijer.com, whether to a Meijer store or to Meijer.com, are subject to the same policies. Credit cannot be applied if proper return procedures are not followed.
What are the different ways I can return an item I ordered from Meijer.com?

Items delivered by a carrier can be returned to FedEx or an authorized FedEx Ship Center, or by taking it to a Meijer store. Items delivered by LTL (To home, In Room or White Glove) can only be returned by Special Pickup. This can be arranged by calling 1-877-E-MEIJER (363-4537).

Visit your Order Details to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#), a Return Label and instructions on how to return your item.

How do I return an item to a Meijer store?

Take the Packing Slip and the item to the store. Your Shipping Confirmation email includes a Receipt # and Order # that can be used in place of a packing slip. Returns are subject to approval at the store.
NOTE: Only items delivered by a carrier can be returned to a Meijer store. If you refused delivery of a package from any of our carriers, please notify us immediately.

How do I return an item that was shipped by Special Delivery?

This can be arranged by calling 1-877-E-MEIJER (363-4537). Please have your order number ready before calling. You can find that number on your shipping confirmation email or on the packing slip.
When I return items, do I have to pay for shipping?

There is no return shipping cost to return a parcel-shipped item to a Meijer store or via FedEx. However, items shipped by LTL (To home, In Room or White Glove) have a return fee cost. Original shipping charges for Parcel & LTL deliveries are non-refundable.
When can I expect my refund?

You can expect to receive your refund within 14-21 business days after the package has been returned to the shipper. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've processed the return item. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing Credit card or Gift card account number only.

Returning Boscovs.com Purchases

If sending an item back to us as permitted by our Return Policy, we recommend returning the item via the same method used to deliver your purchase (generally UPS, except for very large or heavy items which require Boscov's Home Delivery). The return address is specified on the packing slip included with your purchase. Please complete the return portion of the packing slip. Remember to insure your package and obtain a tracking number.
Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt, although it may take longer to appear on your statement. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
When returning Framed Art or Area Rugs, please call Customer Service 1-800-284-8155 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and additional instructions.
Boscov's Gift Cards

Boscov's Gift Cards are not returnable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card balances. In addition, Boscov's Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

If for any reason you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us. We will replace it, exchange it, or refund the price that was paid. Except as noted below, merchandise purchased on this site can be returned by mail or to any Boscov's store within 90 days of purchase, with the original packing slip included in your shipment and with all merchandising tags attached. Bring your return, along with the packing slip, to the store, where you can arrange an exchange or return the item.
Major Appliances and Electronics Returns

All major appliances and electronics (except camcorders) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as well as our own 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Air conditioners and camcorders are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as well as our own 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Delivery fees will not be refunded. There is a 15% restocking charge for any missing accessories or open-box returns.
Delivery fees and pick-up fee, if applicable, will be imposed on authorized returns of non-defective items. The above return guidelines do not apply to any products sold 'as-is', which cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, misuse by the customer voids all return/warranty policies.
Video Game Systems and Video Game Return Policy

Video Game Systems and Video Games may be returned or exchanged unopened within 30 days of purchase with the original dated receipt. All returns and exchanges must be in the original factory sealed carton and include all accessories, manuals and cabling.
No Receipt returns and exchanges will not be permitted on Video Game Systems and Video Games. Video Game Systems and Video Games that have been opened will not be accepted for return.
Exception: If an item is defective and has been opened, it can only be exchanged for the identical item.
Exchanges for Video Game Systems and Video Games purchased online at Boscovs.com or by calling Boscov's Shopper Services at 1-800-284-8155 must be completed by mail. These exchanges cannot be processed at a Boscov's store.
Bedding Returns

Mattresses and box springs are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which assures workmanship and quality. Exchanges will be authorized only after the bedding has been inspected and found to be defective as per the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not include comfort issues. Please select your bedding carefully. Bedding is not returnable.
Furniture Returns

Furniture is covered by our 7-day (from delivery date) return policy. However, non-defective returns authorized within this 7-day period will be subject to pick-up fees. In addition, furniture is covered by a manufacturer's warranty that covers repair of the product up to the manufacturer's standards. See your sales associate for details. All 'special orders' will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee as well as a pick-up fee. Fabric and leather treatment services are not refundable.
The above guidelines do not apply to any products sold 'as-is'. In addition, misuse by the customer voids all return/warranty policies.
Patio Furniture and Grill Returns

Patio Furniture and Grills are covered by a 30-day from date of purchase return policy. Merchandise accepted for return must be new, unused and be accompanied by the original receipt and original packaging. Merchandise having manufacturer's defects may be exchanged or returned anytime with the original receipt and original packaging. Return guidelines for Patio and Grills do not apply to any products sold 'as is'. In addition, misuse by the customer voids all return/warranty policies.

*All claims or returns which are covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be handled by the customer through the manufacturer. Whenever possible, Boscov's will assist the customer by providing the manufacturer's customer service phone number.

*Any clearance merchandise or floor sample merchandise sold at Boscov's is sold 'as is'. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

All Grills sold at Boscov's are represented as first quality; therefore Boscov's will make every effort to get a replacement part for a grill before it may be returned.

*Merchandise that has sustained weather damage may not be returned, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

*Broken glass top tables may not be returned unless the breakage was caused by a manufacturer's defect.

*Gazebos are for shade and decorative purposes only and should not be used as permanent structures.

*Delivery Fees are non-refundable. A pick-up fee will be assessed to customers wishing to return certain non-defective merchandise.

Swimming Pool Returns

Swimming pools may be returned within 60 days of purchase with a receipt. No returns will be accepted after August 30th.
Jewelry and Watches

Jewelry and watches may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Merchandise returned must be in original condition.
Refunds

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If the original purchase was charged to another cardholder's account (as is often the case with a gift), the refund will be issued as a Store Credit Card.
