You may return any online purchases to any AE and/or aerie store or by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded

To return or exchange online purchases at an AE and/or aerie store, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card. If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. Shipping is not refunded. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
