RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased at Brookstone does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund or merchandise credit. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts.

Within 30 days, products may be returned to our Returns Processing Center or to any Brookstone Store.* Before returning a product to our Returns Processing Center, please call 1-800-846-3000 for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Our hours are 7 AM to 1 AM (EST), 7 days a week. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. To download a copy of the return form, including shipping instructions, (see website).

Oversized items or items weighing more than 50 pounds may be returned to a Brookstone store only if that store has the item in stock.

Brookstone/OSIM-branded products are backed by a one-year limited warranty. After 30 days, please refer to the terms of Brookstone's warranty or any other applicable manufacturer's warranty. Please call the manufacturer directly with warranty-related issues. On many products, Brookstone offers a Brookstone Protection Plan that will extend the coverage period if purchased. Please visit Brookstone.com or call 800-846-3000 to learn more about our Protection Plus programs.

Exceptions for Special Product Categories:

Non-returnable personal care products: For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products may not be returned. These items include, without limitation: pillows*, mattress toppers*, eye masks*, support/seat cushions*, slippers*, socks, toothbrushes, nail clippers, hair brushes, razors, trimmers, epilators, and earbuds. Unopened earbuds and slippers in original packaging that have not been used may be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Excludes Tempur-Pedic® pillows, mattress toppers, eye masks, support/seat cushions, and unused slippers in original packaging, which may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

Tempur-Pedic® mattresses, foundations and frames may be returned with receipt for refund or merchandise credit within 90 days of purchase. No returns without receipt or after 90 days. After 90 days, please call Tempur-Pedic® directly at 1-800-821-6621 with all warranty-related issues.

Massage chairs may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to $300. No returns without receipt or after 30 days. After 30 days, please call the chair manufacturer directly with warranty-related issues:

Refurbished massage chairs may not be returned except pursuant to the terms of the one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Please call the manufacturer directly with warranty-related issues.

CDs and

DVDs may be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase. If opened, CDs/DVDs may only be exchanged for the same title. If the title is no longer in stock, customer will receive a merchandise credit. No returns without receipt or after 30 days.

Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned.

Purchases made at the Brookstone® Outlet Store in Wrentham, Massachusetts, may only be returned to the original store of purchase.

Purchases made at the Brookstone® Liquidation Stores in Kittery, Maine, North Conway, New Hampshire, and Grapevine, Texas, are “final” or “as is.”

IMPORTANT: Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:
-Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure.
-Are not maintained per manufacturer's instructions.
-Have been used commercially.
-Have cut wiring or damaged components.
-Have missing pieces or parts.

ID required on refunds. Cash refunds over $100 will be refunded with a "mail-check."

Brookstone reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy.

Please call before returning any product to our Returns Processing Center. For fastest service, products may be returned to our Returns Processing Center by calling 800-846-3000 for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. IMPORTANT: Returning a product to our Returns Processing Center that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization risks forfeiture of product.
