Store Return Policy

Returns within 30 days with a receipt:
You'll receive a refund in the amount listed on your receipt, and in the original form of payment.

Returns after 30 days with a receipt:
You'll receive a Merchandise Credit in the amount listed on your receipt.

 Returns without a receipt:
You'll receive a Merchandise Credit based on the current price(s) of the merchandise.

We want you to love your new purchase. But we realize that every now and then, things don't always work out the way you expected, so we've made it easy for you to make a return.

If you made a purchase at chicos.com, or over the phone, you should have received a Prepaid Return Shipping Label inside. Just affix the shipping label we provided with your invoice and drop off your package in the US mail at home, work, or at the post office. When we receive your return, we'll deduct $6.00 from your refund.

If you prefer, you can return your online purchases to any of our stores located nationwide, except for Chico's Outlet stores. Chico's Outlet merchandise must be returned to a Chico's Outlet Store.
