return policy

Mattresses: "Love it or Exchange it". You may return your mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused.

 

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops.

 

For Transactions with original receipt:

Purchase made with cash: a cash refund will be issued.
Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original account.

 

Mattresses may be exchanged one time within 90 days of purchase for a store credit towards the purchase of another mattress. No refund will be issued. Please refer to the "Love it or Exchange It Mattress Return Policy.

IKEA Direct returns & exchanges return policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days of the shipment date

 

You may return any item purchased on our website or through IKEA Direct Phone Order either by mail or in person at any IKEA store location (returns cannot be made to IKEA stores in Seattle, San Diego or Houston). Be sure to include your packing slip with any return. A refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item(s) including any applicable taxes in the same form as original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note we cannot accept returns on open bedding (mattresses, pillows, etc.)

 

If you are returning merchandise shipped through one of our In-Home delivery companies, please call us at 800-434-4532 and we will arrange a pickup. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping charges may apply. To return an item by US Postal Service or UPS, please include your packing slip and or order number and send the package(s) to:

exchange policy
Please report any visible damages or discrepancies within 5 days of your delivery. To arrange for an exchange of a damaged or defective item, you may either:
1. Send us an email. Visit our website, www.ikea-usa.com and select the Contact Us option. Please be sure to include your order number in your email.
2. Call us at 800-434-4532. Select option 2 for IKEA Direct Home Shopping, select option 2 for Customer Service, and then select option 2 for returns and exchanges. Please be sure to have your order number ready.
