All store returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made to the brand of original purchase and in the country of original purchase.

Please note: Certain items are not eligible for store returns and therefore must be returned using our free and easy mail return process. These items are indicated as "Return by Mail Only" on the product page and have a return type of "Mail Only" in your shopping bag and on your invoice.

If you are returning merchandise to a store that was purchased and exchanged online and you have your online exchange invoice/receipt, we will issue you a gift card for the amount of your purchase. If you would like to receive a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase, you must return the merchandise to us by mail.

You can return your eligible online purchase to any Old Navy store in the U.S. within 90 days of purchase date. Online purchases marked "Return by Mail Only" may not be returned to any Old Navy store. Please make sure to bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase (or gift receipt). Valid identification is required to process all returns and exchanges. Return your merchandise within ninety (90) days from your purchase date and you'll receive a merchandise exchange or a full refund in the original form of payment.

Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.

Returns without an invoice will receive a merchandise certificate by mail for current selling price. Valid I.D. is required.

Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.

A mail check will be issued when merchandise over $5 is paid for by check or e-check. Valid ID will be required.

Returns Without an Original Old Navy Sales Receipt

Refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise certificate by mail for current selling price.

Valid identification is required when processing all returns without an original receipt and to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate by mail.

Returns With an Exchange Receipt or a Gift Receipt

Even exchange receipts and gift receipts serve as documentation of the purchase price only when returning online or in stores.

Returns will be issued in the form of merchandise certificate by mail for the price paid.

Returned Checks and Payments

We accept your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or if paper check is accepted and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Federal law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via paper draft.
