Retail Store Purchases Return Policy

For a full refund returns must be made within 60 days with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.

Returns without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.

All sales are final on women's swimwear.

Retail store purchases can only be returned to a Quiksilver/Roxy retail store. To locate a store nearest you, visit our Store Locator page.

 

Online & Phone Purchases Return Policy

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail or at any Quiksilver/Roxy retail store.

For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.

Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.

Returns in store without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.

Women's swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached.

Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
